CloudAIAgents is a two-person Vietnamese studio that spent years running social channels for retail and F&B brands. We know how brutal an unanswered inbox feels at 11pm on a Saturday — so we built an AI workforce to handle it, and we run the company itself with the same agents we ship to customers.

Team
Two founders — one on engineering, one on product and customer success — operating in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC+7). The rest of the company runs on AI agents: support triage, content moderation and routine ops are all handled by the same agents we ship to customers, with the two of us in the loop on anything sensitive.
