Zero-tolerance enforcement
Spamming or violating Meta’s policies on the platforms you connect to CloudAIAgents will get your account suspended immediately and may result in permanent termination without refund, with the underlying activity reported to Meta and, where appropriate, to law enforcement. Respect for the platforms and for the people you reach through them is non-negotiable.
CloudAIAgents is a tool for legitimate businesses to operate Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts and Threads profiles with the help of AI. It is not a growth-hack engine, a spam blaster, or a way to evade platform rules. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service. Breaching the AUP is a material breach of the Terms.
1. Respect the platforms
Everything you do through CloudAIAgents must comply with the platform whose API you are using:
- Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies
- Facebook Community Standards
- Instagram Community Guidelines
- Threads Community Guidelines
If Meta’s rules say not to do it, our rules say not to do it. We will not run interference for you if your activity violates Meta’s policies — and we will share relevant evidence with Meta if asked.
2. Respect other users
The people who see your content, receive your messages, comment under your posts or appear in the Audience surface are not your raw material — they are humans on a platform they trust. Treat them as such.
- Reply Agent drafts are suggestions, not autopilots. Don’t configure unattended auto-reply outside the standard messaging window if Meta’s policy requires human approval for that conversation.
- Don’t use Audience / Business Asset User Profile data to build profiles of individuals, retarget them off-platform without their consent, or contact them outside the conversation they started.
- Don’t use the Discover / Public Access surfaces to harvest creators, scrape public accounts at scale, or build derivative datasets. We log access patterns and rate-limit aggressively.
3. Prohibited behaviour — non-exhaustive
Doing any of the following will get your account suspended on the spot. The list is not exhaustive: we will exercise judgement on conduct that is in the spirit of these rules but isn’t literally listed.
- Spam & mass messaging — unsolicited bulk DMs, comment-spam, hashtag stuffing, fake-engagement loops, or any high-volume activity that the destination platform would classify as spam or platform manipulation.
- Coordinated inauthentic behaviour — running multiple connected identities to manipulate engagement metrics, ratings, or the visibility of any post or account (yours or someone else’s).
- Impersonation — publishing or replying in a way that suggests you are someone you are not, including impersonating a brand, public figure, or Meta itself.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech — content that targets a person or group based on protected characteristics, or that incites violence or coordinated harassment. We will report this directly to Meta and to law enforcement where applicable.
- Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, immediate termination, and a CyberTipline / equivalent report to the relevant authorities. There is no appeal.
- Illegal goods or services — promoting or facilitating sales of regulated, illegal, or fraudulent goods (drugs, weapons, counterfeit, stolen accounts, fake reviews, etc.).
- Disinformation & election integrity — false content about voting, health, public-safety emergencies, or fabricated content presented as real, especially in electoral contexts.
- Scraping, exporting bulk data, reverse engineering — bypassing rate limits, exporting Audience / Discover data outside CloudAIAgents, or harvesting profile data into a separate datastore.
- Evading Meta enforcement — rotating tokens, accounts or app reviews to continue activity that Meta has already restricted, or attempting to mask CloudAIAgents as a different application to escape an existing block.
- Abusive Compliance Agent overrides — repeatedly forcing the Compliance Agent to release replies it flagged. A pattern of overrides on flagged content is treated as intentional violation.
4. How we enforce
Our enforcement is fast, opinionated, and final-ish:
- Immediate suspension for clear, severe violations (CSAM, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, large-scale spam). No notice, no appeal until investigation closes.
- Same-day warning + 24-hour cure window for less severe issues where we’re unsure whether it’s intentional. Failure to cure → suspension.
- Permanent termination after a confirmed second offence, or any first offence in the highest-severity categories.
- No refunds for suspended or terminated subscriptions when the cause is an AUP violation.
- Cooperation with Meta & authorities — when Meta requests information relating to an enforcement action on your account, we share what we have. Where conduct is likely criminal, we may report to law enforcement without notifying you.
We document every enforcement action with the request ID, the call(s) that triggered it, and the operator who reviewed it. If you believe we got it wrong, you can appeal at platform@cloudaiagents.net within 30 days. Appeals are read by a human; obvious-bad-faith appeals do not get a second read.
5. Report abuse
If you think someone is using CloudAIAgents to spam or violate platform policies — whether targeting you, a brand you own, or the public — tell us. We act on credible reports within one business day.
- Abuse reports: abuse@cloudaiagents.net
- Platform-compliance contacts: platform@cloudaiagents.net
- Urgent / safety-critical: security@cloudaiagents.net (monitored 24/7)
6. Changes
We will tighten this policy whenever we learn about a new abuse pattern. Material changes are announced via in-product banner and to the email on file at least 7 days before they take effect, except where a faster change is needed to protect users or the platforms themselves — in which case we may shorten the window and explain why.
